Usage Data: To understand how the App is used and to improve it, we employ third-party analytics services. These may collect data such as your device type, operating system, interactions with the App, session duration, and approximate location.
Important Note on Task Content
The text-based tasks you create are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud sync feature (if offered).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- To authenticate your account via Google.
- To analyze app performance and user interactions to improve functionality and user experience.
- To communicate with you about app updates or security notices.

We implement commercially acceptable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
For Google Authentication, we follow security best practices, such as handling OAuth tokens securely and not exposing client secrets.
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can often manage this directly through your device settings or by contacting us.

- We retain your basic account information for as long as your account is active.
- Analytics data is retained according to the policies of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- You can delete your account and associated data at any time within the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
